I was given a journal by my oldest daughter several years ago called The 5 Minute Journal and it has been a game-changer for me in setting my intention for the day. The journal includes listing 3 things that I am grateful for, 3 things that I want to accomplish for the day and a positive affirmation that I write down and focus on for the day. This daily pratice has helped me crush my goals over the years.
