Fear is a state of mind

Releasing fear is a daily commitment. 

We all have our own unique thoughts and feelings. Sometimes, our actions may be motivated from a place of fear. This is natural and something we all struggle with from time to time.

When you make choices out of fear, you are holding yourself back from a full and joyful life

However, we can make the conscious choice to step into our fears and overcome them. This may not be an easy or effortless process, but it is necessary so that our fears do not grow and become overwhelming. 

Many of our fears are likely to never happen. Although many of us live a life of avoidance which limits us and our experiences.

You may think that you cannot handle certain situations, but it is possible to rewire your thought process and learn that many of our fears are not truly threats. 

The good news is that it is possible to address your fears and create the life you’ve always dreamed of! 

Facing these fears in small doses that feel manageable helps you to feel less afraid of those situations. And this, in turn, empowers you with more confidence to handle those occurrences with courage and strength! 

Incorporating mindfulness into your day as you face your fears can be helpful. Sitting quietly and observing your fear and anxiety can assist you in determining if these feelings are appropriate to the situation and gives you a moment to decide how to proceed. 

Taking small, mindful steps towards facing your fears enables you to move forward and enhances your quality of life. Make sure that you are being gentle with yourself as you make moves to overcome and explore your fears. It’s okay to take breaks and re-evaluate your own unique journey to find what feels good to you.
